Construction Management Intern

Kerolos Saad is a student at Washington State University studying Architecture with a minor in Construction Management. His passion for the built environment comes from a desire to create spaces that strengthen communities, bring people together, and make a lasting impact on the lives of others.
Originally from Egypt, Kerolos immigrated to the United States with his family at a young age. His Egyptian culture has played a major role in shaping who he is, especially through its strong emphasis on family, faith, hospitality, and community. Growing up in an immigrant household taught him the value of hard work, perseverance, and staying connected to the people around him. These values continue to guide him in his education, his career goals, and the way he serves others.
Sports have also been an important part of Kerolos’s life. Through athletics, he has learned determination, discipline, teamwork, and the importance of pushing forward even when challenges arise. Those lessons continue to influence the way he approaches school, work, and personal growth.
Through his studies in architecture and construction management, Kerolos hopes to make a meaningful impact by helping create safe, welcoming, and affordable spaces for families and communities. He is excited to be part of Palouse Habitat for Humanity and looks forward to learning, serving alongside volunteers, and contributing to work that reflects his values of faith, family, and community.
