Surplus Sale Manager: Eldon Hodges

Eldon was born in Lewiston and grew up in Palouse farming, raising cattle and hogs, and riding motorcycles. He moved to Utah to become a ski bum and ended up working for the Utah Snowbasin Ski Patrol before studying nursing at Weber State University.  Eldon spent the next 20-plus years as an ICU and ER nurse. Since leaving health care over ten years ago, he has farmed, worked building maintenance, and sold hardware and lumber.  He is the father of three sons.  His new life goal is to fish the entire Kelly Creek drainage.

Assistant Manager: Mike Jaquish

Mike has worked over 20 years in hardware retail and lumber sales, and four years running a similar home improvement nonprofit thrift store in Sequim, Washington. In his spare time, he is a reduce/reuse woodworker who enjoys finding new purposes for old materials. He has applied this hobby to the Surplus Sale by building a new door to the office and making product shelves out of excess bifold doors.
