Homeowner Applications Now Open

Palouse Habitat for Humanity is accepting homeowner applications from September 2 through October 6, 2025. If you live or work in Latah County, Idaho or Whitman County, Washington, and dream of owning a safe, affordable home, now is your chance to apply. The next few Habitat homes will be built in Uniontown, Washington.

Our program partners with individuals and families who:

  • Have a demonstrated need for housing

  • Are willing to complete “sweat equity” volunteer hours to help build their home

  • Have the ability to make affordable monthly mortgage payments

 

Starting September 2: Applications are available online at palousehabitat.org/homeownership and can also be picked up at our office, 306 N. Main Street, Moscow, Idaho (Monday–Friday, 10:00 am–5:00 pm).

Completed applications must be submitted by 5:00 pm on Monday, October 6, 2025.
