Build Your Future with Palouse Habitat for Humanity
Palouse Habitat for Humanity is now accepting homeowner applications from individuals and families working or living in Latah and Whitman counties. If you’ve been dreaming of owning a safe, affordable home, this is your opportunity to partner with us.
The next few Habitat homes will be built in Uniontown, WA, and Palouse, WA. We are excited to connect with future homeowners ready to take this step.
Who We Partner With
Habitat for Humanity homeowners are selected based on three main criteria:
-
Housing Need – Applicants must demonstrate a need for safe, decent, and affordable housing.
-
Willingness to Partner – Selected homeowners agree to complete “sweat equity” volunteer hours, working alongside staff and volunteers to help build their home.
-
Ability to Pay – Homeowners must have the ability to make affordable monthly mortgage payments.

Why Partner with Palouse Habitat?
