New Date for Beans ‘n’ Jeans!
Beans ‘n’ Jeans has been rescheduled for Saturday, August 22nd from 5:30 to 9:00 PM at the SEL Event Center.
Beans ‘n’ Jeans is Habitat’s annual fundraiser and is critical to Palouse Habitat’s ability to build a home each year for a local low-income family in need of safe, affordable housing. We appreciate your patience as we took the past two weeks to evaluate how best to proceed with this event that was originally scheduled for April 18th.
As with our home building, we hire local and family owned businesses to carry out our mission. We are so pleased that we found the one date when all the businesses who help make this event a success (Fork in the Road Catering, Happy Day Catering, SEL Event Center, and Elite Auctions,) were available.
August 22nd is Lentil Festival weekend, but we hope our Saturday evening event will be one more fun community celebration on the Palouse that weekend.
We are contacting all sponsors, donors and ticket holders. At the time we cancelled the April 18th event, Beans ‘n’ Jeans was sold out. If you would like to be on the list to be contacted to see if there are tickets/tables available for the new August date, please email habitat@palousehabitat.org.
