PHFH weekly update, 6/13/2022

Palouse Habitat Update for 6.13.2022 with picture of newly organized Cabinet section in our Palouse Habitat Surplus Sale store:

Construction/Home Repair update:
UPDATE: Wednesday will be the only work day this week. The soil condition dictates that we delay excavation at the Martinez build site until next week. We plan to “weedwhack” Friday 24 June. The schedule will be confirmed next Monday.
Good morning all;
There is one scheduled work day this week and possibly more depending on weather conditions. There will not be work on Thursday. By Wednesday afternoon there will be an update regarding work later in the week.
Wed 15 Jun: Meet at the south warehouse at 0800; we will repair a porch in Moscow. Lunch on our own. Our usual Ramp&Rail crew is short-handed this week, so here’s an opportunity to help out! If you’d like to help, please phone or text Brent Bradberry. There will be a going away party for one of our most dedicated codgers (Valerie Linscott) at noon Sunday 19 June. Valerie and Mason are moving to Virginia.

Palouse Habitat Surplus Sale: Open Wednesday-Saturday 10 to 5 at 304 North Main in Moscow for shopping and donating. The Surplus Sale Donation Truck has been filling the Furniture Annex with lots of pick-up runs this last week so stop by and shop the bargains. The main building has also had quite a bit of reorganizing to be able to better find and see stock so check out the doors, cabinets, tools, lighting and tile you might not have been able to see as well before!

Palouse Habitat office is open Monday-Friday 10:30 to 2:30 but call ahead this week 208-883-8502 as some staff are out and hours might be more limited. Look for the Habitat newsletter soon in your mailbox and an e-newsletter by the end of the week.
