Homeowner Applications Now Open

September 2, 2025

Palouse Habitat for Humanity is now accepting homeowner applications from September 2 through October 6, 2025. If you live or work in Latah County, Idaho or Whitman County, Washington and dream of owning a safe, affordable home, now is the time to apply.

The next few Habitat homes will be built in Uniontown, Washington, and we are looking for future homeowners ready to partner with us.

Who Can Apply

We partner with individuals and families who:

  • Have a demonstrated need for housing

  • Are willing to complete “sweat equity” volunteer hours to help build their home

  • Have the ability to make affordable monthly mortgage payments

How to Apply

Applications are available online at palousehabitat.org/homeownership and can also be picked up at our office:

Open Monday–Friday, 10:00 am–5:00 pm

Completed applications must be submitted by 5:00 pm on Monday, October 6, 2025.
