Compensation, Hours, and Scope of Work

  • Hourly Compensation: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour, dependent on prior professional experience (DOE).

  • Weekly Hours: 20 to 25 hours per week, allowing for an excellent work-life balance.

  • Primary Duty: Help draft, implement, and monitor the overarching marketing plan to systematically expand public awareness and donor support.
