Palouse Habitat Update for July 19th, with recent build site picture of Habitat volunteers (including future Homeowner Kelcey Leaseburg working on their family sweat equity hours) installing cabinets at the Leaseburg home in Uniontown.
Palouse Habitat Construction/Home Repair Update:
Good morning all;
There are 3 work days scheduled this week:
Wed 21 July: Meet at the south warehouse at 0800. There are two fairly small projects – 1. Last week we made porch repairs in Moscow and prepared for painting; this week we plan to do the painting; 2. We plan to install a small ramp in Endicott. It’s possible to do both simultaneously with a couple of folks on each job, so let me know your preference (email, phone or text 208 301 1124). Lunch on our own.
Thurs 22 July: Work at the Hansen home starts extra early, with concrete delivery at 0700. If possible, come before 0700. After the garage floor is poured, work will continue on insulating the crawl space and laying floor joists. Lunch will be provided by Aspen Park of Cascadia, a long-time Habitat supporter and Beans ‘n’ Jeans sponsor – thank you Aspen Park for supporting this home build!
Sat 24 July: Continue work on the Hansen home starting at 0800. Lunch on our own.
