Beans ‘n’ Jeans Silent Auction Item Pick Up Dates and Times:
- Monday, April 18 – 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Tuesday, April 19 – 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Wednesday, April 20 – 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
How do I pick up my auction items from the Silent Auction? Can I pick up my Silent Auction Items at the In-Person Event at SEL? After the online Silent Auction closes on Saturday, April 16th, you will receive an email with your receipt and directions on how to pick up your auction items at the Habitat office at 304 North Main in Moscow. When you arrive you can call/text from the parking lot and we will bring your items out to your car. The pick-up schedule is Monday, April 18 from 11 AM to 5:00 PM; Tuesday, April 19 from 11 AM to 6:00 PM; and Wednesday, April 20 from 9 AM to 5:00 PM. If any items you win contain beer or wine, valid photo ID is required. If you need to make special arrangements for pick-up, please contact the Habitat office. If you attend the in-person event at SEL on April 16, you will be able to pick up your Live Auction items, but not your Silent Auction items there.
Can you ship my Silent Auction items to me? No, you must be available to pick-up your items or make arrangements for someone you know to pick them up. Please remember, that anyone who picks up an item that contains beer or wine must present valid photo ID. No exceptions.
Do you deliver Silent Auction items? Yes! For larger auction items, delivery is available with the Habitat truck in Moscow and Pullman and surrounding areas. The Habitat office will contact you after the event to determine a mutually convenient time for the Habitat donation truck to deliver to your home. Typical delivery days are Tuesday and Saturdays.
